Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, most of our photos are authentic and taken by ourselves so you can see how the product looks. 

How can I return an item?

If the product doesn't fit you, you can easily return it within 14 days of purchase.

In case you want to change the product, you can do so within 14 days, paying only the shipping costs of the reshipment.

We recommend that you carefully open the packaging and keep it intact and keep the labels attached to the product until you are sure that the product is suitable.

The product you wish to return must be:

  • Unworn, unworn, unwashed, clean and undamaged.
  • Products sold in packaging must be returned in the original packaging with the original labels.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we are always receiving new merch and making sure to have the best volleyball items available in the market.

Where can I ship my order?

Volley point ship to many countries of West and East Europe, including Germany, Italia, Hungary, Austria and Croatia.

Will I get a receipt with my purchase?

After delivery of the ordered items, Volley Point sends an invoice to the customer. The buyer is obliged to check the accuracy of the data before placing the order. We do not take into account the objections made later on the correction of the issued invoices.
